Organizationally, the unified information complex begins with an order from the district commander, in which, for example, we first clearly and clearly defined what the EIC includes. These are, as already mentioned, the editorial office of the district newspaper, a publishing house, a printing house, military television, and public relations assistants in military enlistment offices. The same order specifically specifies who and to whom reports under the general leadership of the head of the press service of the district, who is responsible for what area of work.
