The feedback received allowed me to make sure that the proposed way to improve educational and psychological work in the army was correct. In addition, Orientir made me richer, introduced me to interesting people and like-minded people. I received more than 30 letters from the troops, sent more than 20 parcels, received feedback - all this brought great moral satisfaction from the realization of the usefulness of the work spent. This is a good symptom of the fact that, despite the difficult situation, there are still people in the army who are not indifferent to the chosen path of practical psychologists. The letters came not only from those who are directly involved in psychological support of military activities, but also from unit commanders, military commissars, and graduate cadets. All this shows how serious the problem of educational work in the current army is. Unfortunately, there were practically no reports from officials above the regiment. This suggests a disappointing conclusion about the growing gap between higher and lower-ranking officers in the army.
